Order Fulfillment:

All orders are fulfilled from Ontario, Canada.
All orders are processed between 1-3 business days.
All orders are shipped with standard tracking & insurance at minimum, no safe drops. If you require priority or expedited shipping, please contact us by email prior to placing your order.
We do not mark packages as gifts.

International Orders:
US & International orders may be subject to additional duties and brokerage fees. Dragonstorm Studios is not responsible for these fees.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
Due to COVID-19 we cannot guarantee delivery dates for your orders, this is especially true for international orders which can experience a wait time of up to 2 months. Once a package leaves our hands we cannot be responsible for its safe and expedient delivery, however, if a package has not arrived by 8 weeks please contact us. We take no responsibility for packages that are lost due to errors in the shipping address provided by the customer.

We take great care in ensuring your order is safely packed and in excellent condition prior to shipping. In the event a parcel from Dragonstorm Studios arrives damaged it is the responsibility of the buyer to seek recompense from the postal system(s) that handled delivery.
