General Notes:

  • All orders are fulfilled from Ontario, Canada.
  • All orders are processed within 3 business days.
  • For priority or expedited shipping, please email us before placing your order.
  • We do not declare packages as gifts.

International Orders:

US & International orders may be subject to additional duties and brokerage fees. Dragonstorm Studios is not responsible for these fees.

NEW! Where shipping is purchased with duties delivered paid, Dragonstorm Studios is not responsible for changes to the receiving country’s tariff policy after the package has left our hands.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

We cannot guarantee delivery dates for your orders, this is especially true for international orders. Once a package leaves our hands we cannot be responsible for its safe and expedient delivery, however, if a package has not arrived by 8 weeks please contact us. We take no responsibility for packages that are lost due to errors in the shipping address provided by the customer.

We take great care in ensuring your order is safely packed and in excellent condition prior to shipping. In the event a parcel from Dragonstorm Studios arrives damaged and the customer did not purchase insurance, it is the responsibility of the buyer to seek recompense from the postal system(s) that handled delivery.

For insured shipments, Dragonstorm Studios must submit a claim within 60 days of the package being shipped. Please contact us within the 60 day window to file a claim for you. Dragonstorm Studios is not responsible for lost or damaged insured shipments after the claim window has elapsed. Claim applications are not guaranteed to be approved.
